How Spectra Identifies Visitors

Spectra uses first-party cookies and tracking pixels — the same technology used by platforms like Meta (Facebook) and Google — to identify anonymous website visitors. When a visitor lands on a page with our tracking snippet installed, we match their browser fingerprint against our database of publicly available business records.

What Data Is Collected

For each identified visitor, we collect: pages visited, time on site, referral source, visit frequency, and device information. We then match this behavioral data with publicly available contact information including business email, name, company, and job title.

Data Sources

All contact information is sourced from publicly available business records, professional directories, and opt-in data partnerships. We do not scrape private data or access information that individuals have not made publicly available.

Compliance Guidelines

Users of Spectra must comply with all applicable laws when using detected contact information. This includes following CAN-SPAM guidelines (include physical address and unsubscribe option), TCPA compliance (no cold calling or texting), and respecting opt-out requests promptly.

Opt-Out

If you believe your information has been identified through our platform and wish to opt out, please contact us through our support page. We will remove your information from our database within 30 days.
